As part of the Chambers and Associations Partnership Project in cooperation with Alta Academy and project partners from Albania and Kosovo, the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts brought German master bakers and pastry chefs Jens Stadtländer and Rainer Hahn to Tirana. This initiative aims to promote the highest German standards in local craftsmanship.
With over 30 years of international experience as a chef patissier, entrepreneur, and currently a trainer at CSC Koblenz, Rainer Hahn delivered a seminar dedicated to the art of German bread and pastry. Students and professionals had the chance to gain practical knowledge directly from German expertise and standards.
The activities culminated on October 3 at Tirana’s New Bazaar, where the public enjoyed freshly baked bread prepared during the seminar. The German Bread Days became a true celebration of taste, tradition, and culture — bringing German craftsmanship closer to the Albanian public.
